Because of inconsistent time-zones, this war had a particularly ugly start. Within 6 hours, the deficit was 21-0 as the enemy clan attacked us overnight. After just 2 more attacks from each clan in the next hours, the score was 24-4 with 12 hours to spare. Finally, day came, and the Prima Guerra members were able to come online and complete their attacks. They came very strong, going on an incredible 22-0 run to come back and lead the war 26-24. The enemy clan, after scoring 24 with 12 hours left in the war, were unable to gain another star. The enemy clan then rallied within the final minutes, cutting the lead to just 1 star at 26-25. It came down to just a defensive stop to clinch the win for Prima. To complete the comeback, Zebrajaba's TH9 war base "Kezlo" (Now re-named Warlock I), made for clan elder 5olid5oup, defended a full strength TH9 GoWiWiPe from the enemy #2 (518 War Stars) from getting even 1 star while only giving up 39%, clinching the largest comeback Prima Guerra has ever faced.
Following up last war's tie with a dominant performance, Prima Guerra totals up 27 stars in a clan match-up that featured four TH9's on both sides. Only 2 mops were needed, as you can see in the picture above.
After a mediocre effort and some bad luck to boot, Prima Guerra escapes with a 23-23 tie against Koc'd & Loaded. Needless to say, some members who participated in this war are no longer with us! This was our 6th tie.
The summer 2015 update has arrived, and it was much anticipated. It brings a whole list of new things to the table, including major additions such as the Dark Spell Factory, a second Air Sweeper, Level 5 Dragons, new leagues and and a new "army overview" interface. Minor additions include A.I. improvements, adjusted Spell brewing time, and yes, after many months of complaining, no more Lightning Spells on the Dark Elixir Storage! In-game list of improvements (there is an expanded list on the official Supercell forums): Dark Elixir Spell Factory (Level 1):Two Air Sweepers (Available at TH9):"Storage Shields" (No more DE zapping!):Overall, the update had extremely good timing and will allow for a multitude of new strategies and styles to surface. I know that I'm personally excited to see how the 2 Air Sweepers affect TH9-10 air attacks as well as how Level 5 Dragons will be used (do they counter one another?). Also, Archer Towers now shoot nearly twice as fast, making them less likely to miss when repeating shots or changing targets. Let's see how that affects attacking/defending as well.
